As Pathly.tr, we attach importance to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy for our subscription services is described below.
Monthly Subscriptions
We generally do **not** offer refunds for Pathly.tr monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro). When you start your subscription, you get access to all features of the service until your next billing period.
If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period and will not be billed for the next period. No refunds for unused partial months.
For example, if you cancel your monthly subscription that started on May 15 on May 25, you will have access to the service until June 14 and will not be billed again on June 15.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as the following, we may, at our sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds:
- Long-term unavailability of the service due to technical problems caused by us.
- A blatant error in billing.

How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact us at [Your Support Email Address] or via [Contact Page Link]. Your request must clearly state your account details and the reason for your refund request.
Your request will be reviewed and if approved, a refund will be issued through our payment partner Paddle to the original method of payment. It may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. Changes will take effect upon posting.
