Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Pathly.tr service (the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must always provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, whether your password is with our Service or a third party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.

2. Service Usage and Restrictions

• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• You may not use the Service to host or redirect content that is illegal, harmful, misleading or contains malware.
• You are responsible for the content targeted by the links you create.
• If you exceed the click limits of the free plan, ad display may be applied or the service may be restricted.
• You must comply with the limits of subscription plans (number of links, number of users, etc.).
• You may not engage in activities that overload the infrastructure of the service or prevent the operation of the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a regular basis (monthly or annually).

Payments are processed through our payment partner Paddle. When you purchase a Subscription, you must provide Paddle with your valid payment information. Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel or Pathly.tr cancels. You can manage your subscription via the link in Dashboard > Billing.

In case of failed payment, your account may be suspended after a certain grace period.

Price changes may occur, but the prices in effect for your current subscription period will apply. You will be notified of price changes in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pathly.tr and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pathly.tr (in particular, destination URLs that users add). Pathly.tr has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Users are responsible for the content of links directed through our service.

6. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate access to your account without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pathly. tr, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, in no event shall you be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost use, lost reputation, or any other intangible losses, including lost profits, lost data, lost use, lost reputation, or any other intangible losses, arising out of (i) your access to or use of the Service or your inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, loss of use, loss of reputation or other intangible losses, whether arising under warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction - Ex: Republic of Turkey], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
